Saturday, Sunday - Weekends. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on Monday from 10:00 AM.

DELIVERY

Delivery is available Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Delivery times are scheduled by phone in advance.

IN KYIV

- Pickup from the order pickup point (bags, backpacks, and suitcases only):

     1. Koffer.UA store in the Marmelad shopping center - 154 Borshahivska St. - from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM - 7 days a week - only after the manager confirms the availability of the ordered product in the store.

    2. Kofer.UA store in the Gorodok Gallery shopping center - 23 Stepana Bandery Ave., 2nd floor. from 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM - 7 days a week - Only after the manager confirms the availability of the ordered product in the store.

Delivery across Ukraine by Nova Poshta transport service

For orders under 2,000 UAH, you pay the shipping cost to the Nova Poshta branch at the carrier's rates.
For orders over 2,000 UAH, we cover the shipping cost to the Nova Poshta branch.

  • If you select "Cash on delivery" when ordering, a money transfer fee of 2% of the amount + 20 UAH is charged. The fee is charged to the recipient of the parcel (item);

ATTENTION!

  • We ship suitcases, bags, and backpacks without a subscription (only for non-discounted items).
  • Promotional items with a discount are shipped only with a minimum prepayment (suitcases 500 UAH, other items 200 UAH).
  • We ship shoes and clothing with a prepayment of 200 UAH.

Delivery takes 1-2 days;

You will be sent information about the parcel tracking number, which will be held at the carrier's warehouse;


PAYMENT FOR ORDERS

  • Cash upon delivery (pickup, courier delivery);
  • By credit or debit card when placing an order through the website. When placing an order on the website, you specify the online payment method. Payment is made through the MONO payment service. When paying by credit card, the price of the item does not change (we do not charge any additional fees or interest).
  • Payment by installments for Monobank cardholders - no additional fees or overpayments.
  • Cash on delivery (payment upon delivery). When shipping with Nova Poshta.
  • The Nova Poshta cash on delivery carrier fee is 20 UAH. The recipient always pays 2% of the order amount.
