To place an order, you need to contact us by phone 068-277-66-55 or place the order yourself in our online store around the clock*.

Office schedule:

Monday – Friday from 10:00 to 18:00.
Saturday – Sunday – weekend, orders placed on the weekend will be processed on Monday from 10 am.
* Orders through the site are accepted 24 hours a day, but are processed during business hours.

SHIPPING

Product delivery is carried out from Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., the delivery time is agreed in advance by phone.

- Self-pickup from the point of issue of orders:

     1. Koffer.UA store in Marmelad shopping center – St. Borshchagivska, 154 – from 10.00 to 20.00 – 7 days a week – Only after confirmation by the manager of the availability of the ordered goods in the store.

    2.  Koffer.UA store in Gorodok Gallery shopping center — Stepana Bandera avenue, 23. 2nd floor. from 10.00 to 21.00 – 7 days a week – Only after confirmation by the manager of the availability of the ordered goods in the store.

- Delivery by courier* to the indicated address in Kyiv

Free from UAH 2,000 (up to UAH 2,000 – delivery cost UAH 100).

  • Delivery time: from 2 hours to 2 days.
  • A manager will call you to clarify the address and delivery time.
  • The courier does not leave for delivery without prior clarification by phone.
  • In case of refusal to purchase at the time of actual receipt of the order – UAH 100 is reimbursed. – the cost of the courier's departure (movement of the courier with the goods from both sides).

Delivery across Ukraine by the "Nova Poshta" transport service

When ordering goods for less than UAH 2,000. - You pay the cost of delivering the goods to the branch – according to the carrier's tariffs.
When ordering goods worth more than UAH 2,000. - the cost of delivery to the Nova Poshta branch is at our expense;

  • If you choose "Cash on delivery" when ordering a product – "Payment upon receipt", then a money transfer fee in the amount of – 2% of the amount + UAH 20. is charged to the recipient of the parcel (goods);

Delivery takes 1-2 days;

You will be sent information about the parcel number, which will be in the carrier's warehouse;

  • By credit or debit card when placing an order through the site. When placing an order on the website, you indicate the method of payment online payment. Payment is made through the MONO payment service. When paying by credit card, the price of the product does not change (we do not charge any additional fees or interest).
  • Payment in installments for Monobank card holders - without additional fees and overpayments.
  • Cash on delivery (cash on delivery). When sent by the carrier "Nova Poshta"
  • Commission of the carrier for post-payment "Nova Poshta" – 20 hryvnias + 2% of the order amount is always paid by the recipient.
