Terms of returns and exchanges

  • Return and exchange of goods is possible within 14 days after the buyer receives the goods.
  • Return delivery of goods is carried out by the Nova Poshta service.


Conditions for returning goods of proper quality
According to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" There are two reasons why the buyer can return or exchange the item he bought:
1. if the product does not meet the quality declared by the manufacturer;
2. if the product fully meets all requirements, but for some reason does not satisfy the buyer.
The return must be of proper quality, namely:

  • the product packaging is not damaged
  • the set is complete
  • no mechanical damage
  • no traces of use

Shipment can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
The return is made at the expense of the Sender. 
Refunds are made in a way convenient for the client within 3 working days after receiving and checking the goods by the seller.


Conditions for returning goods of inadequate quality:
According to Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" in case of detection of defects during the established warranty period, the consumer has the right to demand:

  • proportional price reduction;
  • free elimination of product defects;
  • reimbursement of costs for eliminating product defects.
  • if product defects are discovered that cannot be repaired, the Customer may request a replacement of the product or a refund. Notification of the receipt of the product of inadequate quality must be made within the first 24 hours after the Customer receives the product by phone call , by sending an email to catbags.ua@gmail.com

Consumer requirements provided for in this article are not subject to realization if the seller, manufacturer (enterprise that meets the consumer requirements, established by the first part of this article) proves that the defects of the product arose as a result of a violation by the consumer of the rules for using the product or its storage. The consumer has the right to participate in the inspection of the quality of the goods personally or through his representative.
The return is made at the expense of the recipient. 
Refunds are made in a way convenient for the client within 3 working days after receiving and checking the goods by the seller.


According to the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights" the company can refuse the consumer to exchange and return goods of proper quality, if they belong to the categories specified in the current List of non-food goods of proper quality, are not subject to return and exchange.
